About

Software engineer from Brazil with 4 years of experience building flexible, scalable, and high-performance applications. I'm passionate about System Design, Software Architecture, and distributed systems.

Currently working at Kasco P&D, where I tackle everything from AI-powered platforms to agribusiness dealing with Brazil’s largest cattle feedlots and industrial products 24/7. My main tools are Go and Node.js, but I follow the problem wherever it leads.

I write here about the things I'm learning, the patterns I find interesting, and the occasional deep dive into how things actually work under the hood.

Projects

KubeShortener

A microservices-based URL shortener built to practice Kubernetes and event-driven database synchronization. Each service is decoupled via NATS messaging, with Cassandra and PostgreSQL. A deliberate dual-database strategy to explore data modeling tradeoffs at scale.

Plant.io

A personal tool to manage my vegetable garden, tracking the full plantation lifecycle from seeding to harvest. Built with a quality-first mindset: full test coverage and SonarQube analysis from day one. A frontend (Electron or Next.js) is planned as the project grows.

Ecommerce Whitelabel

A whitelabel ecommerce framework designed to make online store creation faster and cheaper for small entrepreneurs. Uses a contract-driven approach: the NestJS backend exposes a Swagger spec consumed by Orval to auto-generate the Next.js frontend client, keeping the full stack type-safe and always in sync. Next.js was chosen deliberately for SEO.
